Profile page at a stable address
An address that does not change, even if you switch platforms or rebuild your website. That is exactly what makes it usable as a reference point.
A stable, machine-readable representation of your entity under your control. Profile is the counterpart to Monitor: there you observe what others say - here you set down what you make available yourself.

Your digital identity today lies scattered: a profile here, a directory entry there, a company page, a register record. To a human it is obvious that all of this concerns the same person. To a machine it is not - unless somebody tells it so.
An address that does not change, even if you switch platforms or rebuild your website. That is exactly what makes it usable as a reference point.
Your entity data as JSON-LD in the head of the page, with the types "Person" or "Organization" and with "mainEntityOfPage". Standard technique, as search systems expect it.
The "sameAs" references to your canonical profiles. This is where the real value sits: the graph connects scattered individual profiles into one entity and makes it resolvable by machine.
Reconciliation of your details with what is recorded about you in the open knowledge base - with a flag for contradictions.
There is no sound primary source showing that a self-operated profile page feeds into a search engine knowledge panel or into an AI system answer. Every statement in that direction comes from secondary SEO literature. No official markup format for knowledge panels exists.
What is sound is Wikidata alone, as a machine-readable entity source you may write to yourself, provided its notability criteria are met.
We therefore position Profile as an entity node with a reference graph - not as a promise of a knowledge panel. Other providers put this more generously. We consider that dishonest.
A profile about a third person may not be created. Attribution to your own entity is verified at setup. The contents of your profile come from you and are your responsibility.
One entity, 300 messages a month, three search terms under observation and a monthly report. No payment method, no commitment, no notice period.
