Newsletters and campaigns
Mailings to your recipients, scheduled or immediate, with analysis of delivery, opens and clicks.
Newsletters, campaigns and recipient communication - with a recipient list that records consent, timing and origin for every address in a provable way. That is not a convenience feature; it follows directly from the burden of proof that rests on you as the sender.

The Mailer serves the active side of your online identity: what you carry to your recipients yourself. It is the counterpart to monitoring - because anyone who only watches what others write about them leaves the field to those who write.

Consent, timing and origin are recorded for every address. Every send is documented. In a dispute, that is your foundation.
The confirmation email is deliberately kept neutral so that it does not itself count as unsolicited advertising. This subtlety is often overlooked and often the very point where things fail.
Implemented per RFC 8058 and therefore exactly as the major mailbox providers require above a daily threshold.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC are not optional but a condition of entry. We set them up with you and check continuously that they stay in order.
Your deliverability is measured continuously - through the providers postmaster tools and by evaluating the DMARC aggregate reports.
Your deliverability is governed by the requirements of the major mailbox providers. Since February 2024 Google has required SPF or DKIM, TLS, valid PTR records and a spam rate below 0.3 percent for all senders; above 5,000 messages a day it additionally requires SPF and DKIM, DMARC at least at the "none" level, DMARC alignment and one-click unsubscribe. Since May 2025 Microsoft has required SPF, DKIM and DMARC for Outlook, Hotmail and Live above the same threshold, and rejects violations.
These requirements are why we do not leave the setup to you. Anyone who fails to meet them simply stops being delivered above a daily threshold - without an error message you would readily notice.
One decision we do not take off your hands: which domain you send from. Sender reputation attaches to the sending domain, which is why bulk mail and individual business correspondence are usually placed on separate subdomains. That decision can only be corrected later at the cost of reputation - so we discuss it before the first mailing goes out.
Verified sender display with your own logo in the inbox runs through BIMI. The requirements: DMARC at "quarantine" or "reject", aligned SPF and DKIM, a square SVG logo under 32 KB served over HTTPS, and a BIMI record in DNS. On top of that comes a certificate - Gmail accepts VMC or CMC, Apple Mail requires a VMC, and a VMC requires a registered trade mark. We guide the setup and tell you in advance what is achievable in your case.
In Austria, § 174 TKG 2021 requires prior consent that can be withdrawn at any time; the burden of proof lies with the sender and every send must be documented. In Germany, § 7 UWG applies with double opt-in as the standard of proof. We use double opt-in throughout, even where an exception might be arguable - because in case of doubt you would have to prove that exception.
The GDPR applies alongside. For delivery through a service provider there is a data processing agreement under Art. 28. Our delivery provider is a French company and, by its own account, operates its servers exclusively in the EU - at OVH in France and Germany and in Belgium.
Delivery cannot be guaranteed. We create every technical precondition for it and measure continuously. The decision rests in the end with the receiving provider.
We do not check whether your recipient list was assembled lawfully. We give you the tools to prove that it was - responsibility for consent remains yours.
Your own logo in the inbox across all relevant mailboxes is only achievable with a registered trade mark. Without one, some mailboxes stay out of reach. We say that beforehand, not afterwards.
One entity, 300 messages a month, three search terms under observation and a monthly report. No payment method, no commitment, no notice period.
